Why donations matter
Climb Nova Consultancy exists because people need somewhere compassionate, practical and non-judgemental to turn when life becomes too heavy. Over the years, John Ryder has helped thousands of people through crisis, recovery, isolation, domestic abuse, safeguarding worries, family pressure, housing worries, emotional distress and the difficult work of rebuilding.
As founder and CEO, John has never taken a wage from Climb Nova Consultancy. The work has continued because of commitment, community spirit and small donations that help keep the basic running costs covered.
Donations do not fund luxury. They help keep the phone answered, the website live, outreach moving, travel possible, printed resources available and support there for people who need a steady next step.
What your donation keeps going
Even when help is given freely, there are still real costs behind the scenes.
Phone, website, printing, admin, travel and the everyday tools needed to keep Climb Nova responsive.
Time and care for people facing grief, trauma, domestic abuse, crisis, addiction, isolation or overwhelming life pressure.
Materials, conversations, local partnerships and community work that help people find support before things get worse.
The reason behind the work
Some people come to Climb Nova carrying grief. Some are dealing with fear at home. Some are trying to survive trauma, addiction, debt, isolation or the feeling that nobody is listening.
Your donation helps keep a human response available: a calm voice, practical direction, lived understanding and the belief that a person is more than their worst day.
